Coconut Shrimp

1 lb of Black Tiger Shrimp
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tbs scallions
2tbs cilantro
Lime
Cooking oil (veggie oil)
BATTER
1 egg
Purpose flour
onion&garlic powder
Old bay seasoning
1/4 cup of water
Black pepper
mix all batter ingredients
Clean and divine shrimp & pat dry
Drip each shrimp in batter mix and coat with coconut flakes set in refrigerator for 10–15 minutes
Preheat stove top with cooking grease . Fry shrimp until golden brown
Bang bang sauce
1/2 cup mayo
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
1tsp Sriracha sauce
Minced garlic clove
1tbs lime juice
Lime zest
Dip shrimp & enjoy
