Lemon Pepper Salmon Sticks

2 lbs salmon slab skin removed
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tbps Tony chacheres
1 tpbs old bay
1/2 tbps onion & Garlic powder
1 tbps Accent
3 cups Flour
1 tbps Lemon Pepper seasoning
1 tsp of Paprika
1 tbps of parsley
1 lemon
vegetable oil for frying
SPICES
Tony chacheres
onion powder
garlic powder
Accent
Paprika
Parsley
Old Bay
Lemon pepper
1) Wash your hands . . Preheat deep fryer 350 degrees
2) Clean salmom strips with lemons . . then pat them dry.
3) Season the strip with all 8 spices.
4) In a large bowl combine buttermilk & eggs
5)Add salmon sticks to large bowl toss with buttermilk and egg set aside.
6) In another larger bowl add flour (3cups)& season.

7) Toss salmon into flour coating it twice. Then into the fryer cook until golden brown.
