Hibachi fried Rice


  • 2 cups of Zartarians long Grain Rice (substitute day old rice)

  • Frozen peas and carrots 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce 

  • 1/2 tbsp. Oyster sauce 

  • Garlic

  • Onions 

  • Sesame oil


    1. Clean rice and steamed on stove top. Once the rice is finish take rice out of pot and place on a plate to cool then stick in refrigerator for 25 mins.

    2. Heat stove top with toasted sesame oil throw in you cut onions &garlic and frozen peas and carrots. 

    3. Divide skillet and throw in your 2 scrambled eggs cook until finish then throw in your rice add oyster sauce and soy sauce season well . And stir for about 8-9 mins.


Yum Yum Sauce 

  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar 

  • 2tsp Tomato paste 

  • Dash of water 

  • Salt & Pepper 

  • Garlic & onion powder

  • 1/2 stick Melted butter 

  • 1 tbsp white sugar


    1.) Melt butter first then add 7 ingredients in bowl. Mix until good consistency pour sauce on rice and enjoy
